Referral marketing is a type of online marketing that sends visitors to your website. The visitors are likely to make a purchase or sign up for an online service on your site. In return, you send the referred visitor some sort of promotional code that allows them to get free or discounted services from you. This example is typically seen with link exchange programs, which often require the referred visitor to advertise your site in their blog or website in order for both parties to benefit.
